I see a serious trend developing here and it is only a mediocre one in my book. The good news is I'm still losing. I am being pretty much perfect on the diet, so at this point it is just up to my body to decide when and how quickly it will shed the weight.
I am tempted each and every day by "normal" foods and sweets. For lunch I had 100g lean beef with cabbage in a tomato style broth with chili powder and other spices. It was good, but not nearly as good as what my wife was eating across the table. She had a delicious home cooked taco soup with sour cream and corn bread with butter and honey. I almost had to remove my own arm to prevent an easy reach and theft. It is a constant war waging in my head as I fight out thoughts of foods that I miss. Recently my wife purged the pantry and found 4 grocery bags worth of candy. I am not a fan of hard candy, so that part was easy to turn away from. However, when she revealed the bags and bags of chocolate kisses, snickers, peanut butter cups and bite size bars, I cried. In fact, now that I've mentioned them I think I'll go cry now.

We enjoyed your vlog today. I have to tell you, your face is definitely getting thinner. Weight loss is never fun, but it is always worth it in the end. You still sound a little hoarse. Hope you are feeling well.
I am feeling better. This sick has really held on tight. I do believe I am over it but it will take a while to eliminate all the collateral damage from it. Thanks Mom.
