Yes. Apple day may make you feel better. However, I'm on day 24 and have had two similar plateaus that hold for a couple days, but then break resulting in 1-1.5 lb lost. My point is that, even if the scale is not moving, you're still losing and you're body's fighting it by trying to retain water. Eventually it will release the water and you'll have more significant losses. At least that's what appears to be the case. However, I'm not at day 29 either. Good luck.
