Wow, almost 30lbs!! Maybe you'll lose another pound over the next three days of VLCD. Will you be posting any before/after photos of your R1? I've lost 16lbs so far and I'm able to finally button some of my blazers up. We'll see what happens come the next 4 days (hopefully hit 20lbs lost). Anyways, I look forward to seeing how you do in P3. OH, if you want to experiment, google the word "oopsies recipes" to find what looks like a great alternative P3 friendly bread! I'm totally going to make that for my P3 pizza "dough" and cheeseburger "buns". If you make them, maybe you can let me know how they taste :) Anyways, great job! -Angie

Hey there! You have done an awesome job. We are very, very proud of you. We're looking forward to seeing some pictures. You must be handsomer than ever. Dad and Jason received their Hcg yesterday. I think they are planning to "load" over the weekend.
